a decision will be made +1 как перевод написанного. хотя по смыслу более подошло бы "... will have to be made" regarding перед feasibility артикль не видится необходимым на закуску: |

In 2017, it will be determined whether... it is practical to ... [keep in operable condition]. OR whether ships are practical to keep/maintain in operable condition. Имхо, здесь на русском развернуто написано то, что на англ. звучало бы гораздо короче. |

А кто будет списывать? Я бы просто написал: In 2017 XXX will decide whether or not Sokol-class ships should be taken out of service. |
