Subject: or accelerate the vesting, funding or time of payment of any remuneration, award or other benefit fin. Neither the entering into nor the performance of this Agreement and any other document to be entered into pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement, either alone or in combination with any other event or circumstance (including any change of control of any Group Company), will: (i) entitle any current or former employee, self-employed consultant, agent or director of any Group Company to any payment or to treat such event as amounting to a breach of contract or to treat himself as redundant, dismissed or released from any obligation; or (ii) increase the amount of compensation or benefits due to, or accelerate the vesting, funding or time of payment of any remuneration, award or other benefit due to, any current or former employee, self-employed consultant, agent or director of any Group Company....и не даст оснований для досрочного возникновения права на получение, финансирование (предоставление?) или выплату какого-либо вознаграждения, компенсацмионной суммы или другого пособия, причитающегося какому-либо существующему или бывшему работнику, независимому консультанту, агенту или директору какой-либо Компании Группы.
