Помогите пож-та с переводом фразы "address the case" в след. контексте:However, can your country address the case where the work was originally released in regular print, but the publisher subsequently made the work available in Braille (or whatever format is desired under the exception).Would this exception enable unlicensed reproductions of the work in Braille even if the publisher has made the work available in Braille?
