The rendering of services of all kinds and, in particular, research, consulting, engineering and technical assistance services related to the activities mentioned in sections 1 and 2 above.
4. Taking holdings, in the terms determined by the Board of Directors, in the capital of other companies when the corporate object thereof is similar to that described in the preceding sections.
5. The performance of all kinds of industrial, commercial, financial, service, chattel, real estate, agricultural, livestock and forestry activities that are directly or indirectly related to the activities set out in the previous sections.
