Тут у меня assumed не складывается компактно, чтобы не громоздило текст и не путалось с просто debt или EBITDA.. Честно говоря, по смыслу тоже не очень:)).. И кстати, насколько приемлемо будет, если я в русском переводе буду оперировать этой EBITDA (при том, что отдельно будет ее толкование, в definitions)? Или она по-русски тоже как-то выражается? спасибо.. |

Я говорил "чтоб не путалось".. вот как раз и пример: In relation to Majority ххх Acquisitions where the Assumed Debt is in excess of ххх Dollars , for the purposes of calculating the Debt to EBITDA Ratio the Assumed Debt shall be included as Debt and any of the Assumed EBITDA shall be included as EBITDA. |

Сергей Л, если ещё актуально: EBITDA - сокр. от earnings before income tax, deprecation and amortization - доходы без вычета подоходного налога и амортизации.... Почему бы и не писать полностью (как вариант,- должен быть русский эквивалент - сокращение либо термин) |
