Подскажите, пожалуйста, смысл выражения "sales draft card sales turnover" в следующем контексте:Although processing credit card transactions is technically not an extension of credit, credit risk arises when legitimate merchant transactions generate chargebacks that the merchant is unable to fund or honour. A chargeback occurs when a cardholder who purchased a service or a product is unable to obtain the product/service from the merchant or a card number was the subject of fraud. In the normal course of business, these chargebacks are funded through the merchant’s ongoing sales draft cards sales turnover. However, should deposit activity cease (i.e. bankruptcy, out-of-business, inactivity, migration, non-acceptance, etc.), the Bank becomes liable for these chargebacks, which can be substantial, especially for merchants that do not provide products/services at the time of the transaction (e.g., airline, e-commerce, custom furniture). | по моему скромному разумению, возврат осуществляется из тех денег, которые составляют, условно говоря, общий торговый оборот (например, за день) продавца (который является клиентом банка), т.е. из тех денег, которые были подтверждены чеком на списание с карты и поступили в банк. но часто банк оказывается кредитором, так как продавец или поставщик услуги не имеет оборотных средств, из которых этот возврат (сумму возврата) банк может взять. |

sales draft card sales turnover - имхо, из средств, возмещаемых банком торговой точке (или как вы мерчанта называете?) по операциям с кредитными картами на основе платежных квитанций (sales draft). |
