| Спасибо) Если бы в оригинале стояло "перед", я бы написала before или in dealing with, а так я просто была не уверена, что можно заменять |

присоединяюсь к Vlad25 (ну или the interests of the Customer/Client), обычно формулирую так же, как и по-русски before - это "по отношению к", а не "в", но тоже можно. |

| Написала before, потому что раньше с ним сталкивалась. Но не думаю, что здесь вообще имеет смысл разводить дискуссию |

| если не уверены, то перефразируйте - communicate with authorities for and on behalf of... |
| стандартное выражение, что тут спорить. Act for (или on behalf of) COMPANYXXX before any courts... |
| дискуссия тут и правда ни к чему, только почему все так привязались к этому before, если можно и before, и in :) |

Жаль, я нашел пару оригиналов, где написано before, потом МТ перестал грузиться и все сорвалось. Новая попытка: ...
