Inching test is an exam for the study of the nerve conduction. It is performed moving the stimulation site proximally of 2 cm per time. It can be realized either on the sensitive nerves then on the motor nerve. For this reason two different macro have been implemented. The inserted markers are the classic markers of a VDC exam, the only peculiarity is the used distance to calculate the nerve conduction velocity, which is automatically set in 20 mm between two sites. This value is adjustable by the user.

The decrement test is a streamlined version of the previous RNS test, to which you refer for detailed information.
The measurements table shows the absolute value of amplitude and area of the first reference trace, and the percentage of amplitude and area changes between 4th and 10th traces compared to the first one.
To compare the rest of the traces it is possible to define the traces to be compared to it, just clicking the right button of the mouse on the interesting trace.
In the upper side of the screen on the right there is an histogram that allows an instantly view of the traces derived from the different steps of the stimulation; on this histogram the user can select the various parameters in which he is interested.

Для COLLISION TEST:
The collision test performs the stimulation on two different sites of the same nerve. It is necessary to use two fixed stimulators in order to not change the stimulation's conditions (we suggest wraparound stimulators).
First it is necessary to establish the stimulation's amplitude in order to evoke a maximum potential on the stimulation site 1 (distal site) pressing the button X and increasing the stimulation's amplitude extent of determine a constant potential. Then, you switch to the stimulation site 2 (proximal) pressing the button X
and you proceed as above. Once the two values of amplitude stimulation are determined, the exam can begin pressing the button X. At the end of the exam, in the trace area are shown the first and the last registered traces. The exam's outcome is summarized in a graph in the top right, where are displayed the latency values for the fast and slow fibres, which are the exam's outcome.
