Contract Register Да, конечно, извините, что сразу не вставила. Спасибо большое заранее A Contract Register shall be maintained by the Legal Department in Moscow which shall list all contracts that are either (i) executed/signed on behalf of one of the legal entities in the Inchcape Russia structure, or (ii) draft contracts prepared and in the process of approval. The Contract Register shall be prepared using the format prescribed in Appendix 2. |
