Subject: ставшие известными изменения в обстоятельствах сообщенных при заключении law Подкорректируйте, пожалуйста, мой переводСтрахователь обязуется уведомлять Страховщика о других ставших ему известными изменениях в обстоятельствах, сообщенных при заключении настоящего Договора и оговоренных в Заявлении на страхование Мой вариант - of (any?) other changes in the circumstances reported at the time of entry into this Agreement and specified in the Insurance Application. Кусок при "ставших известными" не нашла куда вставить и решила выбросить, потому что это подразумевается. Еще не уверена насчет reported |

Можно, например, так: The Insured shall notify the Insurer should the Insured become aware of any other changes in the circumstances disclosed at the time of entering into this Agreement and described/stated/detailed in the Application Form или The Insured shall disclose to the Insurer any changes.... if(, and when,) the Insured becomes aware of the same |
