Вся направляемая ЗАЙМОДАВЦЕМ корреспонденция в адрес ЗАЕМЩИКОВ осуществляется почтовыми отправлениями с уведомлением о доставке либо телеграммой, либо иным доступным ЗАЙМОДАВЦУ способом или вручается лично ЗАЕМЩИКАМ (Представителю ЗАЕМЩИКОВ). При этом датой получения почтового отправления считается дата, указанная работником почтовой службы в уведомлении о вручении или на копии письма при вручении. В случае неполучения ЗАЙМОДАВЦЕМ уведомления о вручении (в случае почтового отправления уведомления) вследствие отсутствия ЗАЕМЩИКОВ по адресу, указанному в настоящем Договоре, либо отказа ЗАЕМЩИКОВ в получении корреспонденции в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента ее отправления, корреспонденция считается полученной ЗАЕМЩИКАМИ по истечении этого срока.

All correspondence intended for the Borrowers shall be sent by mail with delivery notification, or by cable, or by any other means available to the Lender, or shall be delivered to the Borrowers (Borrowers’ Representative) in person. The date of mail receipt shall be the date specified by a postal service employee in the mail delivery notification or on the copy of the letter at the time of delivery. In the event of non-receipt by the Lender of a mail delivery notification (if the notification is sent by mail) due to the Borrowers’ absence at the address specified herein or the Borrowers’ refusal to receive the correspondence, the correspondence shall be deemed received by the Borrowers after thirty (30) calendar days of the date of sending of the correspondence.
