Subject: assertion gen.
Можно ли в данном тексте "assertion " перевести как "заявление", а также интересует перевод слова "hereunder". Спасибо.

все-таки взяв во внимание ваши дополнения и еще раз проанализировав информацию, которая имеется: все-таки наилучшим вариантом будет "утверждение о том..."
