With respect to each Connection, ZZZ shall provide the subscription services for data vendor-related issues (“Connection Subscription Services”) set forth in Exhibit B, as such Exhibit B shall be modified from time to time by ZZZ upon at least sixty (60) days written notice to Customer, during the Initial Subscription Period, subject to the payment of the annual subscription fee specified in the applicable Schedule (the “Annual Subscription Fee”) for each year of the Initial Subscription Period. Connection Subscription Services may not be terminated by Customer during the Initial Subscription Period. ZZZ’s obligations to provide Connection Subscription Services and Customer’s corresponding payment obligations shall be deemed automatically renewed for annual periods following the expiration of the Initial Subscription Period (each, an “Annual Subscription Period”) unless such services are specifically terminated by Customer in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the next Annual Subscription Period or unless the Agreement is otherwise terminated in accordance with Section 8 below. Except for termination of Connection Subscription Services as a result of a Customer breach of this Agreement, Customer may renew receiving Connection Subscription Services upon written notice to ZZZ within three (3) years of the last Annual Subscription Period; provided that Customer pays to ZZZ all subscription fees as if the Annual Subscription Period(s) had continued uninterrupted.. Upon expiration or termination of the Initial Subscription Period or any Annual Subscription Period, Customer shall deinstall and return to ZZZ all Connections and materials related thereto and to the Connection Subscription Services.

Subscription Services - возможно, серверная подписка на те правила преобразования данных, которые описаны в mapping specification.
Например, вы хотите получать откуда-то интересующую вас информацию в заданном формате к себе на компьютер (или в свою систему) и подписываетесь на это правило.
