| Shaft power is transmitted to the driven equipment at the hot-end by means of a flexible coupling extending througn a tunnel within the exhaust collector. The gas generator consists of a variable geometry compressor, a single annular combustor, a high-pressure turbine, an accessory gearbox, and controls and accessories. The power turbine is a six-stage power turbine, aerodynomically coupled to the gas generator and driven by the gas generator exhaust gas. |
