В случае недостаточности денежных средств, поступивших от ЗАЕМЩИКОВ, для исполнения ими обязательств по настоящему Договору в полном объеме устанавливается следующая очередность удовлетворения требований ЗАЙМОДАВЦА:

If the funds received from the Borrowers are insufficient for the performance their obligations hereunder in full, the LENDER's claims shall be satisfied in the following order of priority:

• В четвертую очередь - требование по уплате плановых процентов; fourthly, a claim for the payment of the scheduled (due?) interest;

В общем, то, насчет чего я сомневаюсь, я пометила. Еще не нравится claim и satisfy, но я сколько не ищу, никак не могу найти какой-то нормальной замены. Думала взглянуть на это дело с другой стороны и написать что-то вроде "the funds shall be applied in discharge of the BORROWERS' obligations in the following order of priority и дальше везде писать obligation. Еще все эти eighthly звучат дико. Есть еще вариант типа on an eighths priority basis, а вообще, по-моему, лучше всего было бы их пронумеровать, но не знаю, допустимо ли это. Буду очень благодарна за помощь. В этом предложении все основные мои проблемы по переводу договора займа высвечиваются.

Вы дали нормальный вариант - claims shall be satisfied...etc.
