Subject: Union Environment and Forest minister gen. Ramesh, the Union Environment and Forest minister,had recently taken up with the Prime Minister demands for review of all hydro projects in the Northeast and a moratorium on further clearances for hydel projects in Arunachal Pradesh saying these were bound to be the subject of agitation in Assam. Простите, опять вопрос у меня: Как перевести этого министра? Он по всей стране министр, а не отдельного штата, например? Там есть союзные территории, но не одной же из них, иначе сказаны было бы, какой именно. Спасибо! |
