А также в связи с тем, что стоимость тепла постоянно растет, увеличивая с каждым годом затраты на коммунальные нужды потребителей, целесообразными являются действия квартирных товариществ по реновации и модернизации различных систем дома.
Исходя из уже проделанных в доме работ, а также приняв во внимание риски, связанные с устаревшей системой стояков и радиаторов, самой наилучшей инвестицией будет реновация системы отопления. Помимо уменьшения рисков, будет достигнута существенная экономия расходов на отопление.

Мой вариант такой
