A Commission is Earned by a Participant in connection with a Contract only when Quota Credit resulting in the Commission is not reduced or *reversed* in accordance with the Plan.

Commission Advances may be temporarily or permanently *reversed* or reduced in accordance with the Plan.

The Company *reverses* revenue or establishes a reserve or bad debt allowance with respect to a Contract or assigned account.
