словарь дает "торговое обращение", но такого словосочетания даже яндекс не знает.
я думал - "коммерческое предложение", но есть proposal.
по смыслу это мессидж, который предприятие выдает для своих потенциальных клиентов с целью их привлечения. реклама, проще говоря.
