Повторный отказ от заказов при наличии оснований полагать, что он вызван намерением помешать деятельности Дистрибьютора, рассматривается как основание для расторжения Соглашения и взыскания с Компании упущенной Дистрибьютором выгоды. the Company cannot refuse the order received from the Distributor without extenuating circumstances.
