Subject: Форс мажор law Дамы и господа, есть следующий текст:При наступлении обстоятельства невозможности полного или частичного исполнения одной из Сторон обязательств по настоящему Договору, а именно: пожара, стихийных бедствий, военных операций любого характера, блокады, запрещений экспорта или импорта или других, не зависящих от Сторон обстоятельств, срок исполнения обязательств сдвигается соразмерно времени, в течение которого будут действовать такие обстоятельства. | Should any circumstances arise which prevent the complete or partial fulfilment by any of the parties of their respective obligations under this Contract, namely fire, acts of elements, war, military operations of any character, blockade, prohibition of export or imports or any other circumstances beyond control of the Parties, the time stipulated for the fulfilment of the obligations shall be extended for a period equal to that during which such circumstances will remain in force. |
