Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.передавать оборудование в следующем контексте: Согласно этих ТУ (технических условий), мы должны купить трансформатор большей мощности и все необходимое электрическое оборудование для его установки, а также выполнить все строительно-монтажные работы на подстанции "Орджоникидзе", принадлежащей "Облэнерго", затем передать все оборудование им безвозмездно. handover or deliver? ИМХО - если смысл (правовой) здесь: передать оборудование во владение и пользование, не передавая при этом права собственности, то лучше - deliver (into possesion) |

2interp30 вообще я бы не стала писать "into possession " - у Вас в оригинале что? "передать все оборудование им безвозмездно" - где здесь указано что во владение/пользование и проч.? to deliver (или иной термин) this equipment to them free of charge |
