All rates, sums and prices set out in this EXHIBIT B in all SCHEDULES are all-inclusive for the WORKS relative thereto completed in accordance with all requirements of the AGREEMENT and include: (a), (b), (c)...

(b) Overheads, profits, contingencies, depreciation, corporate charges, managerial and administrative expenses, all preliminary and contract administration costs, financing costs and bank charges, including those for the PERFORMANCE BOND and ADVANCE PAYMENT BOND all taxes and duties as set out in the AGREEMENT, insurance premiums and deductibles, compliance with procedures, regulations and all APPLICABLE LAWS, all downtime and lost time (except as expressly allowed under the AGREEMENT) including breakdowns, repair time, waiting for approvals or authorisations, work disruptions and any and all direct or indirect costs and expenses under any subcontract;

(c) Co-ordination and interfaces with COMPANY, GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES, company X, company Y, company Z, COMPANY CONTRACTORS and THIRD PARTIES;

(d) Offices and furnishings, secretarial and clerical services, material and equipment including those for draughting, office supplies and consumables, electricity, heating and air conditioning, telephone, telex, telefax, internet, mail and courier services, printing and reproduction costs, computer and computer-associated costs, sanitary and messing facilities;

(e) Compliance with safety requirements and regulations as required under the AGREEMENT;

(f) All consumables and utilities;

(g) All costs and expenses whatsoever relating to subcontracting and purchase orders including all enquiry, supply, expediting and transportation costs and expenses of whatsoever nature;

(h) Maintenance, care taking, protection, safekeeping, security measures;

(i) Labour, supervision, ENGINEERING, administrative and managerial personnel, mobilisation and demobilisation costs and expenses for personnel and equipment, living and hotel accommodation, meals, travel time and expenses, fares and transportation, visa fees, authorisations, approvals, permits and licences (including those for travels and missions), preparation of documents for import, export, customs clearance, and port charges and fees, unless expressly specified in the AGREEMENT as being paid by COMPANY or on a reimbursable basis or otherwise being COMPANY's responsibility;

(j) The performance of all CONTRACTOR's obligations, liabilities, duties, risks under the terms of the AGREEMENT, including those resulting from any subcontract, or as can be inferred therefrom, and/or relating to, or otherwise connected to performance of the WORKS; and

(k) In general, everything necessary for the complete performance of the WORKS in full compliance with the AGREEMENT.
