Subject: 3 business days after Пожалуйста, помогите разобраться со смыслом, вот пункт договора:16.2. A notice, consent or other communication that complies with this clause 16 is regarded as given and received: (a) if it is delivered, when it has been left at the addressee's address; (b) if it is sent by mail, three (3) Business Days after it is posted; (c) if it is sent by email, when the email message enters the addressee's information system if no delivery failure message is received by the sender; and (d) if it is sent by fax, when the addressee actually receives it in full and in legible form if no delivery failure message is received by the sender. Вопрос возник по поводу подпункта (b), не могу понять смысл, ощущение, что что-то пропущено. Если корреспонденция отправляется по почте, то она должна быть получена через 3 рабочих дня???? |

| уведомление, посланное по почте, считается выданным и полученным ч-з 3 рабочих дня с даты отправки. |
