Subject: financial rights law the Aircraft is detained at any time by a third party by way of lien or requisition for hire or the exercise of a financial right over the Aircraft, except for detention by the Afghan authorities for failure to pay parking fees, landing fees or any other duties or taxes in respect to the operation of the Aircraft ;
