By their agreement to arbitrate as aforesaid, the Parties do not intend to deprive any court of its jurisdiction to issue a pre-arbitral injunction, pre-arbitral attachment or any other order in aid of the arbitral proceedings or the enforcement of an arbitral award, provided that without prejudice to the provisions of clause 16.1 (Jurisdiction) the tribunal shall have full authority to *grant interim remedies* and to award damages for the failure of any Party to *respect the tribunal's orders* to that effect.
