| У аскера не сказано, что это будет construction facility. В любом случае, пока строительство не завершено - это construction project. Его и законсервировали, поэтому на данном этапе это mothbolled construction project. А уж что там будет после расконсервации и завершения строительства - аскеру виднее. |
