1. The exportation of the car from the place of delivery as well as importation into the country of destination or into the country of ultimate use is the Buyer’s responsibility and risk. The price of the car does not include any import duties, taxes or fees except if and to the extent explicitly stated in the applicable price list. Should the car become subject to any duties or taxes, all such duties and taxes shall be borne by the Buyer.

2. Die KOsten und Risiken fuer Ausfuhr des Fahrzeuges ab Lieferungsort sowie fuer Einfuhr in Bestimmungsland des engueltigien Betriebes uebernimmt der Kaeufer. Der Fahrzeigpreis beinhaltet keine Steuer und Gebuehren ausser die jenigen die in der beigelegten Preisliste angegeben sind. Alle eventuell anfallenden Steuer und Gebuehren wird der Kaeufer tragen.
