по контексту: либо он пойдет в junior high school (5-8 годы обучения) - т.е. ему 10 лет? либо он будет junior (3rd year) в junior high school (5-8 годы обучения) - ему 13 лет? либо он будет junior (3rd year) в high school (9-12 годы обучения) - ему 17 лет? соотв-но и аналог класса можно высчитать будет. ЗЫ. только это все так для сша ;) в другом локалити - не так |

К сожалению, понять, сколько ей лет, непросто. Это небольшой отрывок. Наверняка меньше 15-14, но сколько точно - непонятно наши младшие классы по-моему не соответствуют. У нас это - до 5-6 класса 10-11 лет (?) а у них junior - где-то 10-15 (16) наверно |

Хотя необязательно меньше 15.. Очевидно, она только собирается поступить в junior high school... Тогда в каком возрасте туда поступают? в 10 лет или в 16 ) ? |

Страну не знаю к сожалению. Dr. Walsh: Ok, ok Rachel, thank you so much for coming in today. Ok, before we get started with the interview, um, just remind me what grade are you going into? Who do you live with & things like that. Rachel: Yeah ok. Dr. Walsh: You’re going into what grade? Rachel: Um, I’m going to be a junior. Dr. Walsh: Ok. And you live at home with? Rachel: My mom and my dad. Dr. Walsh: Ok, and you have a sister who is older than you are? Rachel: Yeah. Dr. Walsh: But she doesn’t live with you guys? Rachel: No, but I have a brother too, but he doesn’t live with us either. Dr. Walsh: Ok, ok. And if I remember correctly you were kind of struggling in school for a bit? Rachel: Mhmm, a lot. Dr. Walsh: A lot? Can you tell me a little about that? Rachel: Well, the stress. I think it’s mostly just the stress because, it’s like… I mean, the way like. It’s hard to explain but like, when I’m in school, teachers and people just look at me as like a trouble-maker, they just classify me as lazy, and like not caring. Because I’m in classes with kids who kinda really don’t care. And so, when I try to get help the teachers just either yell at me, kick me out, turn me down, always try to fight with me. Then I get frustrated, then I lash out. And then that’s when I get into a lot of trouble. Dr. Walsh: Ok. Well that was really helpful. Well we’re just gonna start, I’m gonna ask you a lot of questions, ok? Some of them you will be able to relate you, some of them maybe not so much. But if you just be honest, and just give me the best information that you have then we’ll get right through it, ok? Rachel: Ok. Dr. Walsh: So Rachel, have you felt that you’re not in control of your own thoughts or ideas? Rachel: Yeah, a lot. I have a lot of racing thoughts. They’re just like constant. I can’t like stop for a second, and you know… think clear. It’s always constant. |

| from her language, i'd say she is 16 at the moment (or will soon become 16), i.e. she is going to be a junior (3rd year) in the high school. This would be her pre-graduate year (i.e. 11 out of 12 total). all of this assuming she is in the US. |
