All SAEs, whether or not deemed drug-related or expected, were reported by
the Investigator to the Sponsor immediately.

The IRB was notified within 24 hours in accordance with the IRB’s policy. The Sponsor was responsible for submitting SAE reports to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
according to reporting requirements.
