Особенно интересует, что такое FM?

Контекста нет. Это просто отчет компании о расходах (в виде таблицы) на предоставляемые ей услуги или покупаемые/арендуемые товары/материалы и т.д..

Может, кто-то сталкивался.

What does this means to the FM practitioners? The infrastructure sector, of which FM is a significant part, adds to the recognition of the contribution these organisations make to the economy. Furthermore, the investment activity in the sector provides a visibility for FM that was previously missing. This visibility is being shaped by the market analysts who explicitly are defining the market in terms of the major segments, the size and the share position of the major players. In addition, the analysts also implicitly are assessing the ability of the senior management team to deliver for their shareholders. There will no doubt be further market development in terms of an increased understanding of how infrastructure and support services are an integral part of the delivery of on the one hand Government policy initiatives and on the other hand the provision of tangible support for those delivering their services through their buildings. The biggest challenge seems to be the development of the FM skill base that will support this increased visibility and investment interest. For those FM’s looking for boardroom involvement, it is a very welcome opportunity.
