VTB to make any Disbursement shall also be subject to the conditions that:(1) immediately after such Disbursement, the ratio of the aggregate amount of the B
Loan to the aggregate amount of the C Loan shall be 2.6 to 1.0; and (2) VTB shall not in any event be obligated to make any Disbursement of the B
Loan except to the extent that corresponding funds in an aggregate amount equal
to the amount of such Disbursement of the C Loan are provided to VTB by the
