В данном контексте следует использовать сложившиеся еще в советской и даже дореволюцинной коммерческой практикте термины ГРУЗОотправитель. Аналогично дОлжно поступать с OWNER — СУДОвладелец. Протестующих прошу сначала ПРОЧИТАТЬ учебник, и только потом выходить на ристалище. |

"notice concerning "- с чего Вы решили, что это грузоперевозчик непосредственно уведомил? из контекста не ясно, из жизни- вариантов немеряно, кто может уведомить... tumanov, кстати, в грузоперевозках собаку съел, по всему видно, так что не мешало бы прислушаться.... |
