Спасибо! Здесь имеется в виду проверка турбогенератора: Major Inspection Major Inspection is a package of complex maintenance activities, which are considered necessary for returning the equipment close to its original state. The main target of Major Inspection is to ensure trouble-free operation of the TG equipment during the next maintenance cycle (thorough inspection of the actual state of all equipment and accessories – especially internals, change out of worn parts, and replenishment of spare parts) The typical scope of the Intermediate Inspection includes besides the scope of Minor Inspection also: - Opening the turbine casings - Check of radial and axial tolerances - Cleaning of turbine steam flow path to ensure machine efficiency and reliability, cleaning and flushing of lubrication oil & hydraulic oil systems, cleaning of condenser & heaters - Re-setting of clearances and the mechanical items within the control system - Repair of imperfections which may have been found during operation or subsequent inspection - Execution of maintenance tasks which take longer than one week - Check of exciter and generator During a Major Inspection, all the equipment and accessories should be opened to permit inspection of the internals, NDT inspection (where necessary) and large-scale diagnostic measurements. The scope of Major Inspection may vary each 6 years according to operating conditions and operation hours. The TG that is 12 years in operation requires other care and scope of spare parts than TG that is 6 years in operation.
