Subject: without further enquiry CS may accept and act without further enquiry on any Instructions of any person who is or CS believes in good faith to be an Authorised Person. CS shall have the right to accept or reject any Instruction and/or Transaction, including any Instruction and/or Transaction thatthe Customer seeks to execute through an Electronic Service. ИМХО без дополнительной проверки полномочий т.е. если CS считает что данный кадр является полномочным представителем компании, то она не будет перепроверять дополнительно с компанией то, о чем инструктирует ее сей кадр :) |
