а что вас смущает? condition 1) обусловливать, определять и все встает на место, только я бы, ИМХО, перефразировал перевод (сути он не меняет) При покупке ценных бумаг в обеспечение расчетов по их приобретению Банк вправе требовать от Клиента залога в форме предоплаты в сумме, определенной банком. Данный залог должен быть размещен на текущем счете Клиента в Банке не позднее даны, указанной банком. Дальше можно причесывать :) |
