имхо the operator can disarm the alarm always provided the parameter has restored its nominal value and the operator has enough access rights to the system for such action. |

The personnel is only allowed to shut down the guarding (в зависимости от контекста, какая защита имеется в виду) given the appropriate authorization and provided the parameter has regained its operational value. Опять же, имхо. Value напомнил перевод выше. |
