We are going to finally change the Heat Usage and Electricity Usage ratios in 2011. Targets will have to be set as "Purchased Electricity ratio" and "Purchased Fuel ratio".
The advantages are that biogas recovered will not be part of Purchased Fuel ratio, while in-house generated electricity will not be counted towards Purchased Electricity ratio (however, 100% of fuel for cogeneration will be counted without any deduction).
