The present CONTRACT is stipulated on a "Back-to-Back" and "If &When" basis in respect of any and all provisions of the MAIN CONTRACT executed by and between the CONTRACTOR and the CLIENT, which is to say that the SUBCONTRACTOR will assume under the CONTRACT the same obligations and liabilities towards the CONTRACTOR that the CONTRACTOR has assumed towards the CLIENT under the MAIN CONTRACT, as well as the CONTRACTOR shall have towards the SUBCONTRACTOR the same power that the CLIENT may exercise over CONTRACTOR under any provision of the MAIN CONTRACT. Furthermore the SUBCONTRACTOR will be ended towards the CONTRACTOR of the same rights and obligations that the CONTRACTOR is ended of towards the CLIENT.

тут все сводится к тому, что все что есть в одном контракте "зеркально" (!!!о, вот тоже можно использовать!!!!) переносится в другой.

У посредников есть понятие работать бэк-ту-бэк, т.е. работать с покупателем на тех же "зеркальных" условиях, что и с продавцом, ну, естественно, за исключением цены.
