Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться с пунктом договора:

It is further agreed that, notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in this Agreement, The Seller and the Buyer shall in no event whatsoever be liable to each other, and shall each release, waive and indemnify the other, in respect of any indirect, special or incidental loss, damage or expense of any sort, including but not limited to loss of actual or anticipated profits or revenue, downtime, business interruption, loss by reason of shutdown or delay, loss or anticipated loss of use or equipment or facilities, increased expense of manufacturing or operation, loss or anticipated loss of production, off-spec production, cost of replacement production, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of credit, and loss or payment of interest on borrowed or invested funds.
