Контекст: речь о рассеянном склерозе ХХХ (препарат) exhibits low affinity for a wide variety of self-reacting T cells; therefore, it acts as a weak agonist of numerous self-antigens. Спасибо! Дмитрий, а Вам не попадался перевод термина "bystander suppression"? Upon encountering ХХХ-reactive T cells, self-antigens (eg, myelin antigens) activate the ХХХ-specific T cells, but do not stimulate their proliferation. Activation causes increased expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines and neurotrophic factors (“bystander suppression”). Нашла только вариант "супрессия очевидца", что, по мне, очень странный перевод.. |
