Можно ли перевести Certificate of Manufacturing Assessment перевести как сертификат оценки производства? Или есть другой перевод на русском языке данного названия сертификата?

В сертификате говорится, что компания Х посетила объект компании У и проводила обследование объекта и процедуру по качеству, принятая в этой компании. Вот еще определение что есть данный сертификат: A certificatе of manufacturing assessment represents that the product design meets the Х, statutory, industrial or manufacturer's standard described on the reverse hereof and that the manufacturer has established a systematic quality monitoring system sufficient to show its capacity to consistently manufacture a product which meets the designated standards.
