Subject: transitive verbs but not ditransitive ones Could you tell me where I can find a complete list of verbs which are transitive ones but aren't ditransitve verbs? Surely there isn't a complete list. It's like searching for a list of regular English verbs. Some info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monotransitive_verb besides, there are verbs which could take even three objects... |

| Never thought of it, but it seems lots of verbs can be both used as transitive/ditransitive... which brings us to the point that a clear definition of transitivity is required... |
