The Commission Agent undertakes, in particular, but not limited to:

as to the uniform image:
(i) to comply always with the uniform image indicated by the Client, and make changes as may be indicated by the Client during the term of the Agreement.The adjustment to the uniform image shall include, but not limited to, the requirement to use the lighting facilities, flooring, sound systems, safety systems and tags, mannequins, hangers and shopping bags, detailed from time to time by the Client, supplied exclusively by vendors listed from time to time by the Client.Always at the end of maintenance of the uniform immage, the Commission Agent shall be obliged to require workers at the Point of Sale to use the clothing indicated by the Client. The Commission Agent understands and accepts that the rigorous and constant adjustments of the Point of Sale to the uniform image are, on one side, a decisive factor in the achievement of sales targets, so that the consumer identifies and is always attracted to the Point of Sale, and on the other side an essential obligation of the Agreement;
