Перевожу порядок проведения приемо-сдаточных испытаний. Встретилось такое предложение:

In case the results minimum match the values stated in the contract, then the SAT – Dry Run Test shall be accepted without any reservation and the Site Acceptance Test Record Sheets and Site Acceptance Test Certificate (partial), as shown in Annexes 9.1 and 9.2 of the contract, shall be signed – without further delay – in accordance with the stipulations of the contract.

Интересует фраза: the results minimum match the values stated in the contract.

Смысл в том, что если низший предел значений совпадет с числом, указанном в контракте, то все протоколы должны быть приняты, а сертификат срочно-пресрочно подписан?
