Food Wastes
Within 3 nautical miles from shore: Food wastes shall be collected and stored aboard for discharge to port réception facilities. Beyond 3 nautical miles: Food waste if ground may be discharged to sea outside spécial area. Food waste if not ground may be discharged only beyond 12 nautical miles from shore.
