(Validator" means the AIE or an entity authorised by the Host Country responsible for Determination of the Project and GHG Reductions ); (The Project Entity represents that for the duration of the Term grant the Buyer free and unfettered access to the Project site for the purpose of Due Diligence, such access to extend to any officers, employees, authorised representatives, agents or sub-contractors of the Buyer and to any representatives of the local electricity distribution company, meter operator, Validator, or any other statutory or regulatory body nominated by the Buyer from time to time or as required in order to fulfil the requirements for Monitoring and/or Determination of the Project and GHG Reductions (respectively)).

2. Как здесь грамотно передать на русский слово "obtained" в конце предложения (интересует только это слово): Each Party represents, warrants and undertakes that: the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement are within its powers, has been duly authorized by all necessary action and does not violate or conflict with or require any consent or waiver under any of the terms or conditions in its governing documents or any material contract to which it is a party or by which any of its assets are bound or affected, or any law, rule, regulation, order, statement of claim, judgment, decree or other legal or regulatory determination applicable to it except those that have already been obtained;
