Subject: доп соглашение Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.В связи с присоединением компании Парабел к компании Гермес: 1. все права и обязанности по настоящему Контракту переходят к Правопреемнику (Гермес). 2. Правопреемник обязуется в полном объеме выполнить перед Покупателем все обязательства по Контракту. 3. Покупатель не возражает против перехода прав и обязанностей по настоящему Контракту (Гермес). 4. Производителем и грузоотправителем продукции является - Парабел, Швеция. 5. Оплата за продукцию производится на расчетные счета Гермес, Германия. Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: изменение прав собственности. Заранее спасибо |

In connection with consolidation - швах. Лучше так: Due to the takeover of Parabel by Hermes... или еще как-нибудь. 1. All rights and obligations under this Contract shall be transferred to the Assignee. 2. The Assignee undertakes to fulfill its obligations hereunder before the Buyer in full. 3. The Buyer has no objections as to the cession of rights and obligations under this Contract. 4. The manufacturer and consignor of the products is ... 5. Payment for the products shall be made to the settling accounts of Hermes, Germany. Хотя я ни на чем не настаиваю =) |
