well, russian, as a language, always uses too many words, english is much more economical, it's little wonder the cost-benefit concept is an anglo-saxon invention. call it a tenant plant, or a tenant selection and assignment plan. it's simple, neat, and up to the point. |
or rather, prospective tenant. |
i would recommend calling it a plan, rather than a plant (the tenant may get upset :)) you could also call 'privlechenie klientov' as business developement, the rest according to narc. |
opps, it was a typo, plan of course. thanx for picking up on it, kath |
i was only kidding. i thought it was a funny typo. the best was when at a rather high-level meeting our lawyers noticed there was an L missing in 'certified pubLic accountant'. ;)) |
kath, lol. u know, the truth is, i cannot for the life of weed out typos and mistakes on a computer screen. a good example is above, i wrote opps instead of oops, and can only see that only, after a couple of hours. i know a couple of people with a similar affliction, but mine has to be some kind of weird case of computer dyslexia. i m not even sure it's curable :-) |
here is another example: "and can see that only NOW," that's what it should read. :((((( |
direct translations seldom work. assigning floor space to mall tenants cannot be called accommodation. accommodation would work for residential property, not commercial real estate. |
