Subject: MERGER CONSIDERATION - как правильно перевести? Уважаемые переводчики, помогите разобраться как перевести словосочетание "merger consideration " в контексте:
"The difference between the book value of net assets obtained by the merging party and the book value of merger consideration (or total amount of nominal value of issued shares) paid by it shall be changed into the capital reserves; if such a different is not sufficient for deduction, it shall be changed into the retention of profits."Заранее благодарен.
